Please note that you'll be responsible for providing all written content, including titles,
descriptions, images and any other content used on your site. I will not proof read any text. If I
happen to see a mistake, I will bring it to your attention and offer to fix it. I hesitate to do
this because you never know how someone wants it to be. My role is to handle layout, styling,
and the
overall visual presentation—not content creation. I'll provide you with a clear list of the text
elements I need, along with image specifications. If your images don't meet the required dimensions, I can
also create high-quality images for you using ChatGPT's image
tools upon request.
If you are not comfortable using the website builders media folder, I will ask you either have a Microsoft account or a Google account for your business. We will exchange files, images and content using a shared folder. If you do not have either one of these accounts, I will create a Microsoft account for us to share. I also ask that you have the ability to use Zoom. I will have several meetings with you about design for your site as well as the consultation process. It's okay if you cannot join Zoom, this just saves time and miscommunication about design aspects.
